Okay, well I think this is really good so far. I think the eyelid on the left eye is a little different to the right which looks a little odd. I also think you need some detail on the hair, a parting etc etc. Also the left ear looks a little unfinished. Well done on the nose and lips though, I find thoses the hardest to draw by a long shot.

Very nice as usual, rendering work is fantastic. (I realise now how much i want a scanner..) I wont bother saying the same as the guys above about the eyelid, but I will say that yes, I do think it needs some working on. Also, perhaps a little more hair details? Right now it's just a block of white at the top and it takes away from any idea that this might actually be a real person. Lack of hair detail turns a portrait into a cartoon! Other than that, good work
